Ordering Terms

Retail Ordering - The Perfect Gift sells to the public.  Currently this only includes U.S.A and Canada.  If you are from another country and interested in our products, please email us.

Retail Minimum Orders - No minimum order required.

Wholesale Ordering - The Perfect Gift sells to qualified retailers with a valid tax ID number and certificate.  Read our wholesale page for more information.

Wholesale Minimum Orders
- Opening Orders $100; Re-orders $75.

Invoicing - Invoices will be included in the box with your shipment unless otherwise requested.

Payment Methods - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal are all accepted. We use Paypal's payment service to ensure the highest level of protection for our customers.  No payment information is collected or retained on our website.  Charges will show up on your credit card statement as "The Perfect Gift."  We don't accept personal checks.

Terms - The Perfect Gift does not currently offer payment terms. All orders are shipped on pre-payment terms only.

Freight Charges - Currently we ship only to U.S.A and Canada.  We use flat rate shipping for all U.S.A orders.  $6 for orders $35 and under.  Free for orders over $35.

Product/Shipping Claims - All claims must be filed within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our Customer Service Department.  Most of our products are not returnable.

Backorders - Backorders will ship as soon as product is made available.

Refused Orders - Orders that are shipped and refused will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus cost of freight both ways.

Order Feedback - We welcome your feedback on your orders.  We'll follow up via email and you can also post comments here.

Return Policy - Fragrance oils, essential oils, body oils, reed diffuser oils, aroma beads, incense, candles, aroma spheres, natural air fresheners, vacuum fresh sprinkles, room spray, wax tarts, gel tarts, and crystal potpourri are not returnable under any circumstances unless shipped by error on our part. This policy is non-negotiable. We encourage you to sample our fragrances first to ensure your complete satisfaction. This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the highest quality of our products. All other merchandise returns accepted only within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be pre-approved. Contact us at for authorization. Provide phone number, order number, and problem. We'll contact you and/or send a return authorization code. Unless our error, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all authorized return items to cover credit card fees, labor incurred, etc. and 75% restocking fee will be charged to unauthorized returns to cover the same as well as the now unusable products. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good condition to be accepted. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION. THEY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. Unless due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. In-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error. Do not send new orders with returned items for an exchange! Doing so might delay your order, as returns are unpacked in the order they are received. You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new Order. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
